England has about a hundred
and seventy medieval churches with round
towers, and about forty of them are in
Suffolk, mainly in the eastern half of
the county. Suffolk also has two modern
churches with round towers, which I have
included in this list along with ruinous
towers which were clearly round ones.
The four round towered
churches moved from Suffolk into Norfolk
by boundary changes in 1974 can be found
on the Norfolk site.

non-profit-making, in fact they are run
